After the meal we relaxed and talked about the day; I could not help but admit that the date had turned out to be beyond my imagination. Jamie insisted that it was just a little way of saying how much he appreciated my presence in his life. Later we took a walk along the river bank and watched the birds and butterflies flying around.
It was wonderful to see the sun moving towards the horizon and wished I could watch it set. Unfortunately I had to get back home before night fall so we packed up and left. He drove me back home and while wishing me a good night, he kissed me and asked me out on a second date; I whole heartedly said yes!
